In Short: We
may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store
your information.
We may use cookies and similar tracking
technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when
you interact with our Services. Some online tracking technologies help
us maintain the security of our Services
and your account,
prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic

We also permit third parties and service

In Short: We

able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or
modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your
personal information, transmission of personal information to and from
our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services
within a secure environment.
Access Controls: We restrict access to personal information to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. Access requires multi-factor authentication (MFA), and all interactions with sensitive data are logged, including user identity, time of access, and, when applicable, geolocation. Sessions automatically expire after a short duration to minimize exposure. Customer payment data is only accessible when actively processing a booking or providing support.
10. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

greater access to and control over your personal information.
You may review, change, or terminate
your account at any time, depending on your country, province, or
state of residence.
In some regions (like the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada), you have certain rights under
applicable data protection laws. These may include the right (i) to
request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) to
request rectification or erasure; (iii) to restrict the processing of
your personal information; (iv) if applicable, to data portability; and
(v) not to be subject to automated decision-making. In certain

withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any
time by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the
section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS
NOTICE?

However, please note that this will not
affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing
of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing
grounds other than consent.
Opting out of marketing and
promotional communications: You can
unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time
by clicking on the unsubscribe link in
the emails that we send,
replying
"STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE"
to the SMS messages that we send,

for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service
requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with
third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as
customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text

If you have questions or comments about your

12. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile
operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can
activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your
online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no
uniform technology standard for
recognizing and
implementing DNT signals has been
finalized. As such, we do
not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that
automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a
standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the
future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of
this Privacy Notice.
California law requires us to let you know
how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not
an industry or legal standard for
recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond
to them at this time.
